This study is aimed to find the correlation between hardiness personality type and perception of husband’s social support with the readiness to face menoupause among working women and non working women. There are three hypotheses in this study: (1) There is a positive correlation between hardiness personality type and perception of husband’s social support with the readiness to face menoupause, (2) There is a positive correlation between hardiness personality type with the readiness to face menoupause, and (3) There is a positive correlation between perception of husband’s social support with the readiness to face menopause. The subjects of this study were 96 pre menoupause women in Kecamatan Ungaran and Kelurahan Gedanganak. Every subject was given three scales: the scale of hardiness personality type, the scale of perception of husband’s social support, and the scale of the readiness to face menopause.
