This research aimed to examine the correlation between primary and secondary control strategy with healthy behavior and negative emotion on out patients of type II diabetes mellitus at RSUD dr. Soebandi Jember. Purposive random sampling was used to get the sample. There were 104 subjects completed four questionnaires: primary and secondary control strategy, healthy behavior and negative emotion questionnaires.
