ANTASEDEN, MODERATOR, DAN KONSEKWEN:REPLIKASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PERSEPSI POLITIK ORGANISASI DAR

The examining of tactical influences dimensions is early development of micro politics studies. Through, organization politics understood as a perceptual phenomenon. Since Ferris and his colleagues have been creating the original version in 1989 as far as this research, only five versions of perception politics models have been created. Because, the others researcher only test of antecedents, moderator, and consequences exclusively. Replicating and developing the model as a new version are needed to the research. Replication in this research means used framework from Ferris and his colleague consistently. Development means proposed antecedents, moderator, and consequences different from the original version and other version with purposed to enhancement understanding politics perception by proposed five of correlation hypothetical tests; 1) perception politics with career motivation dimensions; 2) politics perception–politics behaviour patterns with ethical competence as moderator; 3) human values system with politics perception; 4) power sources with politics perception; 5) organization structure with politics perception. The subjects of this research are 460 employers of Jombang Districts Government of East Java, taken with purposive sampling technique. All the dates covered from questionnaire methods were tested to validity and reliability. Validating of items and factors analyzed to Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy by item and factor loading with SPSS 10.5. Confirmatory factor analyses used to validating constructs by RMSEA scores with LISREL 8.30 and inter-correlation matrices screened by PRELIS 2.30. All the research dates analyzed by regression statistics with SPSS 10.5. Result of the first hypothetical test showed three consequences of politics perception are; career identity understood from degradation of work involvement and advancement of desire upward mobility; career insight understood form advancement to change of need with respect to social conditions and degradation of career rationality; career resiliency understood from advancement of risk taking tendency and degradation of dependency. Result of the second hypothetical test showed that the correlating pattern of politics perception and politics behaviour unpredicted from ethical competence. The result of first antecedents showed that participation of decisions making (centralization type 1) reducing perception politics; hierar chical level (centralization type 2) and formalization of rules, procedures, and instruction (formalization type 1) enhancing perception politics. The result of second antecedents showed legitimate power and reward power advancing perception politics. The result of third antecedents showed that highly of perception politics have could predicted from self-enhancement and low perception politics have could predicted from conservation values. The highly perception politics understood surround of centralistic organization (participation of decision making regarded with organization program and work autonomy is low) and formalistic structures (but no formalization type 2 & 3) legitimate and reward power (but no expert and referent power) and played by self -enhancement individual value system and not played by conservation values (the individual values system of openness to change and self-transcendence wasn’t regarded with politics perception) and as it’s consequences regarded with degradation of work involvement and advancement of desire upward mobility as career identity; advancement of change of need with respect to social conditions and degradation of career rationality as career insight; risk taking tendency is advance and dependency is degrade as career res ilience. Ethical politics can’t expect to carry out operating in work environment.
