2005 | Tesis |This research on aimed to find out the differences of some leadership style and locus of control to job satisfaction the G.E. Lighting Indonesia employees Yogyakarta by the subject in this research were 150. The analysis method using non parametric statistic approach with Kruskall-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. Data was collected using questioners for each independent variables of leadership style and locus of control and dependent variable is job satisfaction. This result describes that there are differences of job satisfaction among four leadership style directive, style supportive, style participative and achievement oriented respectively and no differences between internal locus of control and external locus of control. By Kruskall-Wallis test each leadership style have mean rank score 70.39, 79.92, 75.92, 76.20 and p= 0.900. While, by Mann-Whitney test show that both internal and external locus of control variable have mean rank score 76.10 and 74.83 and p= 0.858.
