This research was aimed to examine the influence self acceptance and personality type for decision making process at NGO’s leaders. Hypothesis raised shall be as follows (1) Self acceptance and personality type had influence for NGO’s leaders decision making process, (2) Self acceptance had relationship on NGO’s leaders decision making process, (3) Personality type had relationship on NGO’s leaders decision making process. Research instrument used were decision making process questionnaire, self acceptance questionnaire, and personality type questionnaire. The sample were selected by employing population sampling. There is 51 NGO’s leaders were organiszed on Yogyakarta NGO Forum were selected of 30 male and 21 female. Data analysis technique used was regression analysis. This research showed self acceptance and personality type NGO’s leaders decision making process R: 1,014; R²: 0,041; F: 1,041 and p: 0,370.
