2005 | Tesis |This research was designed to study the correlation between perception of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational commitment with service quality There are one hundred employees from Matahari Department Store Magelang were involved in this study. The statistical formula used to examine to magnitute of the correlation was The Regression Analysis dan Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The result showed that: 1) perception of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational commitment very significant by correlated with service quality, with R=0.728 (p=0.000). 2)there was very significant positive corellation between perception of transformational leadership style and service quality, with r=0.688 and p=0.000. 3) there was not correlation between perception of transactional leadership style and service quality (r=0.177, p=0.078). 4) there was very significant correlation between organizational commitment with service quality (r=0.459, p=0.000).
