HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN DENGAN PERILAKU BERORIENTASI PELANGGAN PADA KARYA

2005 | Tesis |This research was design to study the correlation between organizational fairness and commitment with customer oriented behavior. The objective of this research is to know how much influence of organizational fairness and commitment to customer oriented behavior. There are ninety six employees of Dr.Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital in Klaten, were involved in this study. They are non medics, nurses and doctors. The statistical formula is used to examine the magnitude of correlation was the Regression Analysis. The result of this study are : 1) there is very significant correlation between customer oriented behavior and organizational fairness and commitment, R=0,413; F=32,757; p=0,000. 2) there is significant correlation between customer oriented behavior and organizational fairness, r=0,182; p=0,014. 3) there is very significant correlation between customer oriented behavior and commitment, r=0,418; p=0,000. Organizational fairness and commitment are two factors which influence customer oriented behavior. The higher of organizational fairness and commitment, the level of customer oriented behavior is higher too. Key words: Customer oriented behavior, organizational fairness and commitment.
