2004 | Tesis |Biro Konsultasi dan Pemeriksaan Psikologis (BKPP) UMS is one of strategic bureau in Psychology Department. The organizational effectiveness is very important for BKPP. The problem begin when employees’ feeling is under stressed and then make some mistakes and conflict on eachother. The core problem is incompetent and low commitment employees. This researchs’ purpose is to know what kind of psychological dynamic of BKPPs’ internal process as organizational effectiveness citeria. The second purpose is recommend an intervention program to solve the problem. The research question is how is the internal process’ dynamic as organizational effectiveness criteria. The qualitative method is used with data gathering by interview, observation and documentation. Participants are 14 people employees, client, psyschologists and stakeholder. The result shows incompetent and low commitment employees, some mistakes, conflict and stress, uninvolvement of few psychologist, unsatisfying, miscommunication and retiring desire. This phenomena indicate uneffectiveness of BKPP. The recommendation is by organizational restructuring, open information system and human resources recruitment and development system. keyword : organizational effectiveness, internal process
