This research aimed at examining the role of optimism, change self efficacy, and perceived organizational support in commitment to organizational change among employees. One hundred and fourty six employees of production department of PT Industri Sandang Nusantara Secang, Magelang, Central Java were participated in this research. The hypothesis was commitment to organizational change among employees can be predicted by employees optimism, change self efficacy, and also perceived organizational support. The multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between the optimism, change self efficacy, and perceived organizational support, as a single predictor and simultaneous predictors, and commitment to organizational change among employees. The result indicated there was possitive correlation between the predictors and criteria with R=0.789, p
