Abstract This research the aim to know the relation between job satisfaction, reward, and year of service with the work productivity. Hypothesis raised shall be as follows (1) There is a relation between job satisfaction, reward, and year of service with the work productivity, (2) There is a relation between job satisfactio n with the work productivity, (3) There is a relation of between rewards with the work productivity, (4) There is a relation of between years of service with the work productivity. Research’s instruments used is job satisfaction questionnaire and reward questionnaire. This research uses the technique of purposive random sampling in election of subject research. The subject of this research is 82 employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The result of data analysis show (1) There is a relation between job satisfaction, reward, and year of service with the work productivity (R = 0,434; R2 = 0,188; p = 0,001), (2) There is a relation between job satisfaction with the work productivity. The increase of job sat isfaction followed by the increase of work productivity (R = 0,252; R2 = 0,063; p = 0,011), (3) There is a relation between reward with the work productivity. The increase of reward followed by the increase of work productivity (R = 0,258; R2 = 0,067; p = 0, 01), (4) There is relation between year of service with the work productivity. The longer year of service followed by the increase of work productivity (R = 0,286; R2 = 0,082; p = 0,005). Key words : Job satisfaction, reward, year of service, work productivity, performance
