Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Komitmen Organisasi Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen

2004 | Tesis |This research aims to find out the correlation between the interpersonal communication and commitments of organization with the job satisfaction. There were two variables functions as independent variables, those are the interpersonal communication and the commitments of organization and a dependent variable, these is job satisfaction. The major hypothesis this research was the correlation between the interpersonal communication and the commitments of organization with the job satisfaction. There were two minor hypotheses. The first one was the positive correlation between the interpersonal communication with the lecturer’s job satisfaction. The second one was the positive correlation between the commitments of organization with the lecturer’s job satisfaction. The sample of this research was including 160 lecturer of Lampung University, acquired by random sampling technique. The method of collecting data applies the questionnaire method and analyses by regression technique.
