This research was aimed to examine the correlation self-disclosure, self concept and perception toward transformational leadership style among mid teenager students in Pius XII Kisol Seminarium. The two hypothesis were tested : (a) there was a positive correlation between self-disclosure and perception toward transformational leadership style of Priest Formator among mid teenager in Pius XII Kisol Seminarium, (b) there was positive correlation between self-concept and the perception toward transformational leadership style of Priest Formator among mid teenager students in Pius XII Kisol Seminarium. Subject of this research were 100 students of Junior High School and Senior High School in Pius XII Kisol Seminarium. The correlation analysis were applied to analysis the data. The result indicated that (a) there was a positive and very significant correlation between self-disclosure and perception toward transformational leadership style (rxy= 0.386; R²= 0.149); (b) there was also positive and very significant correlation between self-concept and the perception toward transformational leadership style ( rxy=0.435; R² = 0.189) The analysis also showed that some aspects of independent variable with dependent variable aspects. Thus, the result of this research can be summarized that the level of perception with transformational leadership style is the strong predictors to find out the self-disclosure and self-concept.
