PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DALAM ORGANISASI DITINJAU DARI MOTIVASI KERJA DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN

This research was designed to study the correlation between work motivation and level and education to decision making in an organization. There are sixty nine employees from PT Madu Baru PGPS Madukismo Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta were involved in this study. The statistical formula used to examine the magnitute of the correlation was the Regression Analysis. The result showed that: 1) work motivation and level of education significant by correlated with decision making, with by R= 0,448 (p= 0,001). 2) there was very significant positive correlation between work motivation and decision making, with rpar.= 0,386 (p= 0,002). 3) there was very significant positive correlation between level of education and decision making (r-par.= 0,312, p=0,009). Work motivation and level of education is one important factor which can influence the decision making in organization. Work motivation and level of education which more high, will be effective the decision making in organization.
