HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI ATAS DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN KUALITAS HUBUNGAN ATASAN-BAWAHAN DENGAN KOMITM

2004 | Tesis |This study examined correlation among one set of dependent variable, the employee commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and one set of independent variable, the perceive organizational support & leader-member exchange. This study employed leveling techniques for choosing the research subject, starting with simple random sampling technique to choose Grameen Institutions & their branches, followed by census technique to choose the field staffs. The data of the four variables were collected using four questionnaires, one questionnaire for each variable. The data was analyzed using product moment correlation to measure the relationship between each of dependent variable and each of independent variable. Canonical analysis was used to measure correlation among one set of dependent variable and one set of the independent. Result showed that: 1) There was positive correlation between each dependent variable & the independence. Employee commitment has positive correlation with both perceived organizational support (r=0,650) and quality of leadermember exchange (r=0,328), as well as the organizational citizenship behavior, which has positive correlation with both perceived organizational support (r=0,505) and quality of leader-member exchange (r=0,266). 2) There was positive correlation among one set of dependent variable & one set of the independent (canonical coefficient = 0,668).
