This research was aimed to examine the relationship organizational culture influence and organizational commitment to the performance service of employee in PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Yogyakarta. Hypothesis raised shall be as follows (1) Organizational culture and organizational commitment had relationship on service performance, (2) Organizational culture had relationship on service performance, (3) Organizational commitment had relationship on service performance. Research instrument used were organization culture questionnaire, organizational commitment questionnaire and performance services questionnaire. The sample were selected by employing purposive cluster sampling. 84 employees PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Yogyakarta were selected of 56 male and 28 female. Data analysis technique used was regression analysis. This research showed organizational culture and organizational commitment had relationship with performance service R : 0,614, R2 : 0,378, F : 24, 561 and p : 0,000.
