Max-plus algebra is branch of mathematics which useful for studying stability behavior of discreet event system. System stability can be determined by studied the robust matrices which obtained from desired system. Characteristic of robust matrices have close connection with reducible spectral theorem of max-plus algebra. Therefore, at the beginning we described spectral theory of reducible matrices of max-plus algebra, which are determine all eigen value and vector eigen on max-algebraic matrices
