In this thesis will talked about statistic quality control inspection method that uses acceptance sampling with markov chain for optimization in manufacture companies. Type of acceptance sampling that used in this thesis is single sampling with interval acceptance number. Result of that acceptance sampling will be analyzed using absorbing markov chain and will be calculated it’s total expected cost of production, the most minimum one, make it’s acceptance number be the most optimum.
