These days, the control of room inside a house being done manually. This can be made easier by using the device that has been around us, that is that has a lot of platforms, such as Android. as medium to control the rooms. Controlling the rooms using Android can be troublesome if all those devices that can be controlled displayed under only one interface. It’s because the many controlled device that being scattered on some rooms. That’s why, the context aware of room remote control for smart home being developed. This research was focused on the making a wireless remote control system that can adapt to it’s location, and can control the uses of the devices inside the mentioned room. The localization method that being used is utilizing the signal power or RSSI of the bluetooth. The result of this research is a context aware of room remote control sistem that can detect and adapt to the change of room by the user experience. The experiment being done with the condition of room being separated by barrier and room not separated by barrier.
