This system consists of manufacturing process scheduling, order process scheduling, loading process scheduling, sequence loading scheduling, and shipping scheduling. Those processes are regarded as the most resources consuming in terms of finance, and time. Therefore the logistic optimization needs to decrease waste the resources. The work area of Intelligent Logistic System (ILS) is distribution process between warehouse and customers. Main problem of ILS is stock allocation problem and shipping scheduling. The focus of this study is searching the solution of the main problem in ILS using Bee Colony Optimization algorithm. The method of this study was literature review by reviewing some theories related to logistic process, factors influencing the logistic system, and Bee Colony Optimization algorithm for its optimization method. The result of this study was the prototype of ILS with 4 stages in its scheduling process with BCO algorithm as the method to find solution of that. Those four stages are: order receiving, order grouping, eligible list order construction, and shipping scheduling. The output prototype of ILS is shipping schedule for every truck.
