Personality disorderisaseveredisturbancein the constitutionkarakterologisand the tendencyof individual behavior, usuallycovering several areasofthe personalityandalmostassociated withpersonaland socialchaos.In this research,personality disorderdiagnosissystemimplementedby theCase-based reasoningapproaches. Case-based reasoningisaknowledge-basedapproachto studyandsolveproblems based onpast experience.This researchwillutilizea C4.5 methodasindexingandprobabilisticBayesas thesimilarityof new cases. Basecaseused inthis research were130 casesto diagnose10 different types ofpersonality disorders whichhave 68 symptoms. Testing is doneby using 130 casesas thesourcecase and20casesas a targetcase. Result showed that18 caseshave similaritiesabove 80% of theold cases, 1casehad similaritylevelsbelow 80% and 1 case had similarity above 80% but doesn’t have any similarity of the old cases.
