METODE LINTASAN KRITIS DENGAN WAKTU FUZZY; ( FUZZY CRITHICAL PATH METHOD )

A critical path method usually is used to finish project planning and scheduling problems. A project is defined by activities that connected each other as a project network. The activity time for each activities are not fix. Therefore, the activity time could be expressed as fuzzy sets. In this research, we will discuss about critical path method for a project network with the activities time are fuzzy numbers. This method uses ranking value and risk index to find maximum and minimum value while we are counting earliest start, latest finish, and fuzzy critical path. The certain problem was taken in a housing project to find out the project schedule and how long the project can be completed. Fuzzy critical path method can be used to find out the project schedule and how long the project can be completed.
