Liquefaction occurs only in the type of soil saturated or unsaturated, the type of soil with porous structure that is filled with water and Quaternary age. Cilacap is one of the areas with the soil type and the old quarter is located on the coast and has the potential to be a kind of deformation of soil liquefaction. Microtremor and geoelectric method are used as one of many approaches to analyze the liquefaction potential in Cilacap. Analysis of geoelectric method showed the depth of the shallow aquifer ranged from 0 m to 15 m while the deep aquifer has a depth of approximately 20 m to 35 m with a basin shape. HVSR microtremor processing results show that the northern part of the study area have high levels of vulnerability to earthquakes than other parts of the study area. After the integration of the geoelectric method, HVSR, and HVSR inversion resulting the liquefaction potential zoning map. Liquefaction potential zoning results indicate that the central part of the study area is an area that is safe enough to do regional development and structural development.
