MODEL MATEMATIKA PENYAKIT MALARIA PADA INDIVIDU BERPENYAKIT GENETIK ANEMIA SEL SABIT DAN TANPA PENYAKIT GENETIK; THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF MALARIA DISEASE ON BOTH INDIVIDUAL WITH SICKLE-CELL GENETIC DISEASE AND INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT SICKLE-CELL GENETIC DISEASE

2016 | Skripsi | FMIPAAs a chronical disease, malaria is a disease caused by parasite. There are various kinds of parasite that cause malaria, and one of them are Plasmodium falciparum. One phenomenon in malaria contamination is that there’s a certain individuals with sickle-cell anemia genetic disease whom are showing resistance toward malaria disease than those without sickle-cell anemia genetic disease. This thesis will explore and explain about mathematical model which can be used to describe fast dynamics and slow dynamics of malaria induction on individuals whom infected with malaria. From the mathematical model earlier, equilibrium peak and the basic reproduction number of the disease was found. The basic reproduction number was done by using the next-generation-matrix method that the purpose was describing the number of the growth-infection to new infection.
