KARAKTERISASI RESERVOIR MENGGUNAKAN METODE INVERSI IMPEDANSI AKUSTIK DAN MULTI ATRIBUT SEISMIK PADA LAPANGAN PRAJA FORMASI CIBULAKAN MAIN ATAS DI CEKUNGAN JAWA BARAT UTARA; CHARACTERIZATION RESERVOIR USING ACOUSTIC IMPEDANCE INVERSION AND SEISMIC MULTI ATTRIBUT OF ‘PRAJA’ FIELD OF UPPER MAIN CIBULAKAN FORMATION OF NORTH WEST JAVA BASIN

Background of this research is due to decreasing of oil and gas production on Praja Field of Upper Main Cibulakan Formation of Ardjuna sub Basin of North West Java Basin. This formation contain abundant oil and gas potential. The purpose of this research is to map spreading shalysand on this formation. Acoustic impedance inversion based on model and seismic multi attributes was choosen as method on this research. Inversion had performed using seismic data for decomposed on range 10 – 40 Hz. This inversion result were used for seismic multi attribute analysis. this inversion analysis and seismic multi attributes analysis aim map acoustic impedance, effective porosity and v-shale on Praja field. The Inversion result shows that shalysand’s acoustic impedance value are reveal between 16500 – 25000 (ft/s) * (gr/cc). Seismic multi attributes analysis that shalysand has effective porosity shows 0.1 – 0.3 fraction. Additionally volume shale of the shalysand are less than 0.55 fraction. Shalysand shows north direction throught the Praja Field. Based on this the research it is needed to do advance seismic survey to the north of the Praja Field and adding developing well (located on Inline 2134 and Xline 1760).
