2015 | Disertasi | FMIPAFe3O4 nanoparticles has been synthesized and then encapsulated with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with ratio of 1:0, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5 and 1:6 using coprecipitation method. Measurements were performed using a computerized impedance spectroscopy system in the frequency range of 10 kHz to 120 kHz to determine the dielectric properties of the nanoparticles. The measurement results show the value of the dielectric properties of the dielectric permittivity of the sample decreasing with increasing frequency and loss tangent of the sample increase with increasing frequency. The addition of PVA affected the dielectric properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The real dielectric permittivity, dielectric permittivity imajner, loss tangent and impedance tends to be random with increasing concentrations of PVA . The best value of dielectric permittivity is Fe3O4 nanoparticles encapsulated PVA (PVA concentration of 85%) real dielectric permittivity is 692.48; imaginary dielectric permittivity is 385.72; loss tangent is 0:55; and impedance is 179.52 k? measured at a frequency of 10 kHz.
