That policy called the Uang Kuliah Tunggal is often abbreviated UKT. To implement this UKT, Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University require background the picture of socio-economic conditions parents of the student's. In determining the group UKT divided into five groups with the number 1 dan 2 groups of as many 5% of the number of new students. So in need of a method that can help im determining the group UKT. The method is Fuzzy C-Means and MADM Model Yager. Fuzzy CMeans used to classify the same data be in one group, where previous data is not yet in the known will be in which groups. While MADM Yager model used to select the best traits that have a value above the average of the alternatives comparasion. Based on the research results, a system for determining the UKT group with a combination of Fuzzy C-Means and MADM Model Yager can display the status of each group as well as a whole. In addition, the calculation results with Partition Coeffecient (PC) clustering validaty test obtained value of 0.791 and the average level to data accuracy of the prediction results obtained 0.79 (79%). So that the results of the calculation and testing of the system fall into the category of good and effective.
