Geoelectrical method with dipole-dipole configuration and cone penetration test (CPT) have been done to determine the slip surface of mass movement zone in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Province of Riau. There are three areas that belong to the zones of mass movement in Kuantan Singingi, such as Kuantan Mudik, Singingi and Singingi Hilir. This research was conducted in 8 lines measurement and each line passes 1 cone penetration test. Res2dinv software has been used in geoelectrical data processing from the measurement of G-Sound GL 4-100 for interpreting resistivity profile. In addition, software progress ver.3 used for Interpreting subsurface section. and processing CPT data with software CPeT-IT . Result from geoelctrical and CPT interpretation data will be compared to get subsurface section and slip surface in the research area. Geoelectrical research result and CPT in line 1 investigae that slip surface plane was found at a depth of 1.5 m, the second line slip surface found in depth 3.2 m, the third line slip surface was found at a depth of 1.6 m, the fourth line slip surface found at a depth of 3.6 m, the line 5 slip surface was found at a depth of 10.8 m, the line 6 slip surface was found at a depth of 5.2 m, the line 7 slip surface was found at a depth of 6.8 m and the line of 8 field slip surface was found at a depth of 10.12 m.
