The set of all partial linear transformations on any vector space V with compotition function forms semigroup called semigroups of partial linear transformations which is denoted by PT(V ). Let W be a subspace of V and let PT(V;W) be the set of all transormation in P(V ) such that their images are include in subspace W. Then PT(V;W) is a subsemigroup of PT(V ) and is called semigroups of linear transformation with restricted range. In this thesis it will be discussed about the characterizations of Green relations in semigroups of linear transformations with restricted range. Futhermore, it will be given the characterizations of natural partial order on semigroups of linear transformations with restricted range.
