KLASIFIKASI KINERJA SATPAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES CLASSIFIER; THE CLASSIFICATION OF SECURITY PERFORMANCE USING NAÏVE BAYES CLASSIFIER METHOD

In evaluating security performance, this company uses “evaluating each other” method which is less accurate. A security is a private safeguard that is formed to help police in managing safety and discipline in society, but it is limited in working area. The main duty of security is to manage safety and discipline in the area or workplace, including physical, individual, informational safety, and others. The aim of this research is to produce a system that can classify good, average, and bad performances based on the security?s individual abilities, characters, and skills using Naïve Bayes Classifier. The method used in this research started by giving questionnaire to some securities in a company, then doing interview with the director of security?s education and training centre. The data would be used as a sample. Three-variable numerical calculation was used in the application process of Naïve Bayes Classifier method to classify security performance. Classification testing used 39 respondent to classify security performance was 92,31%, good performance was 20,51%, middle performance was 71,79% and bad performance was 7,69%. In conclusion, this application can be used to show the performance of the security.
