In this research, there’s technology development with title “Prototype Of Monitoring Railroads Based Wireless Sensor Network By Web Browser”. This system implementating train monitoring by using wireless sensor network as connector between server with portals which assessed will be effective and efficient in minimizing train accident on railroad which the output will displayed on web browser. This system designed to use some tools: Arduino I/O shield; Xbee series 1; Arduino; photodiode; and LED. This system start from sensor to detect the train which pass and triggering the portal (motor stepper) to closing down which then will be detected by portal sensor that checks if the portal has been closed properly or not. Data received by the sensors are processed in microcontroller in order to become digital data to be sent to Delphi and parses it into two characters in the middle before the output is displayed in a web browser. From the experimental results it can be seen that the light sensor which used to detect, ADC data changing due to the light intensity in research room. From the output which is displayed in a web browser indicate that the train detection and portal works well and displays the appropriate data.
