SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MEREKOMENDASIKAN KESESUAIAN LAHAN PADA KOMODITAS TANAMAN PRIORITAS DENGAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING DAN AHP (Studi Kasus : Balai Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Kota Bima); DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR RECOMMENDING THE LAND APPROPRIATENESS OF PRIORITY CROP COMMODITIES BY USING PROFILE MACHING AND AHP METHODS (A Case Study: Food Security and Dissemination Office of Bima City)

The study was conducted on the requirement of the Lead of Food Security and Dissemination Office in finding out the appropriateness of land and food crop commodities in Bima City, including rice, red onion, onion and corn. Appropriate decision represented one of the determinant factors in improving agriculture sector in Bima City. The selection of the priority food crop commodities based on three primary criteria, there are climate, topography and land. Two of the three criteria had sub- criteria. The climate had the sub- criteria of rainfall, temperature and moisture and the land had the sub- criteria of drainage, soil type and pH. The study showed how the decision support system with Profile Matching and AHP methods could give recommendation of the priority food crop commodities for a land. The Profile Matching method use to find out the gap and the gap weight for the data of the target, to establish criteria value, final value and ranking, while the AHP method use to help complete the Profile Matching method in determining the criteria weight and the sub- criteria that would be used in calculating the criteria value and the final value. Additionally, the AHP method also use to process text input data by scoring AHP that its value could be calculated. The text input data included drainage data and soil type data. The calculation of interpolation also use in the system. It was conducted to find out the value of the data with the ideal crop profile of intervals, including rainfall, temperature, topography and pH. The interpolation use to find out the gap weight value in decimal form of the calculation result of the text data scoring. The results of the study showed that the Profile Matching and the AHP methods were useful as decision support system model for the Lead of the Food Security and Dissemination Office of Bima City to recommend appropriate food crop commodities for certain land using the data of the land of 2013 as input data. The system was considered to be appropriate in giving the recommendation of the appropriate food crop commodities for certain land.
