Relative survival is the proper method for estimating net survival when the lack of information available about the cause of death or information relating to other clinical outcomes. Relative survival models are generally expressed as additive hazard models, where the value of hazard for each individual or group of individuals is a key assumption in the model that we want to know this. With the main assumptions in the model additive hazard, then the focus of discussion in this study is related to the use of methods of Generalized Linear Model (GLM) assuming Poisson as one of the methods of approach to estimating additive hazard models. In this estimation method, will be applied to the data in groups on case studies of patients with a heart attack or acute myocardial Infarc (AMI) in Slovenia. Processing of the data in this study using the software R 3.0.2
