A deteriorating inventory model with a constant rate and partial backlogging assume availability inflation in which demand rate are quadratic function of time, deterioration rate is constant, backlogging rate is variable and depend on the length of the next replenishment. Whereas a deteriorating inventory model with a varying rate and exponential partial backlogging assume the demand and deterioration rates are continuous and differentiable function of price and time, respectively and also partially backlogged at a negative exponential rate with the waiting time. The inventory analysis of the exact is need to be reduced the deterioration. The method used in this thesis are literature studies the development of paper a deteriorating inventory model for quadratic demand and constant holding cost with partial backlogging and inflation. This method done the manner of are a problems identification, assumptions give, mathematical model formation, analytic solutions search and a numerical example give. The mathematical model used are a differential equations formation and then search analytic solution. Numerical solution used are a Matlab programs Newton Raphson methods. Results obtained in this thesis that found the time at which inventory level reach zero, the length of period during which shortages are allow, the optimal sold price per unit, the order quantity per cycle, the inventory total cost per unit time and the total profit per unit time.
