Petroleum industry face difficulties in finding, developing and exploiting the new oil or gas reserves in order to fulfill the needs of people. This research aims to analyze the petrophysical parameters of I79A reservoir, “ANS” field, which can be useful for finding oil or gas reserves. Researchers used well logs, mud logs and 2D seismic. These data were used for identifying type of rock, fluid content, value of reservoir property deterministically, depositional environment, facies reservoir and estimating hydrocarbon reserves. From the research, the type of reservoir is sandstone, the facies reservoir is distributary channel and the depositional environment is delta plain. Reservoir were contains 17.04 BCF of hydrocarbon gas in place.
