The air flow in dinamic electronic nose system is important because it carry aroma from sample chamber to sensor chamber. In this system, compressor has function as air flow supplier, but output of compressor is not stable, so control system is applied to control the air flow from compressor. Control system in this experiment consist of 2 parts, there are hardware and software, mass flow controller SLA 7950s by brooks instrument as hardware and PID controller as software. In this experiment use tool PID controller in Labview softaware. In this experiment is focused on velocity effect of air flow in response array sensor. There are 2 characteristics response sensor to analyze velocity effect, a fast-slow respon and high-low of respon sensor. The variation of velocity start form 1, 1.5 ,2 ,2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 and 5 liter per minutes. The results of experiment are the velocity air flow influence the fast-low response and high-low response sensor. The fastest and highest respon sensor in velocity 2 lpm.
