Near Field Communication (NFC) technology much used in everyday life for exsample ticketing, payment, smartposter and sart ID. At this tim lot of smartphone users who have not integrated NFC technology .In this research has been made tools and applications for external NFC to smartphone who have not integrated with the tecnology. Uses a device NFC made to read, remove and writes information in NFC tag. Communication used to connect device NFC with the application in the smartphone using bluetooth comunication. The data will be sent in the form of characters adapted to the format of data using NFC Data Exchange Format (NDEF) in form email address, web address and phone number. The results of research is obtainable smartphone specifications that can be used NFC and NFC specifications. To use NFC device need smartphone RAM with capacity 1GB or 512MB with version of bluetooth v.4.0. The average time the process of reading data 5,401 seconds, the average time the process of erasing data 9,964 seconds and the average time the process of writing data 5,882 seconds. NFC device be use to read data NFC tag as 10 m from smartphone. Maximum distance NFC tag can be read to rank of NFC to 5 cm. Long data that can be processed 36 character and character influence long against long proscess not visible.
