2015 | Skripsi | FMIPAThe Artificial Neural Network is one of computation method which imitate human biological neural network system that can process information by doing learning through the change of sinaps weight. Artificial neural network can do recognition based on the past data. The past data will be studied by artificial neural network, so that have the ability to give decision to data which have never been studied. This time, research on neural network capabilities to make diagnosis of lungs diseases will be done, so this application can be used for detecting lungs disease of a man who suffered cough as symptom. There are many method in artificial neural network, one of artificial neural network method can be used in this application is Quick Propagation. The experiment has given that artificial neural network using quick propagation can diagnose lungs diseases for some cases where testing data are the same as learning data and also performed well for unknown data that have not been trained into the system.
