PENYUSUNAN ALGORITMA NUMERIK BERBASIS FINITE DIFFERENCE SEBAGAI ALAT PREDIKSI SIFAT FISIS MATERIAL PADA GRAPHENE QUANTUM DOTS; SYNTHESIS OF FINITE DIFFERENCE BASED ALGORITHM TOOL TO PREDICT PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF MATERIAL IN GRAPHENE QUANTUM DOTS

2015 | Disertasi | FMIPAA research about synthesis of finite difference based algorithm tool to predict physical properties of material in GQD has been conducted. The available data from graphs I vs Vbackgate and R vs Vbackgate related to Coulomb blockade experiment were used as the test datas. The algorithm was synthesised based on modification of finite difference function where the x axis interval h = 1. Modification of the function was conducted by shift the position of x variable in the function's derivative, and to maintain the value of f(x). Another modifications were by adding multiplication by some constants to minimize errors, and by transform the predicted datas based on the predicted and the last input datas regression lines gradient. The errors resulted were 5.35%, 9.16% and 9.26% in case I-Vbackgate, and 8.90%, 2.95% in case R-Vbackgate at the supposed data range.
