The growth of technology followed by the growth of data in quantity, quality and kind, so that tougher storage is needed to maintain the availability of data, speed data process, and data security in database. Nowadays, non relational database get to be an option to build applications. Budi Mulia Dua International High School is a school that keep growing in every aspect, one of the aspects is the requirement of school records processing system which cover the history of students, teachers and principal. To meet that requirement, a school archival information system was needed to save and give facilities to access the school archive, and non relational database was one of the database system which compatible with the requirement. School Archival Information System of Budi Mulia Dua International High School was built by applied MongoDB as non-relational database and PHP as programming language. This information system was designed for students, teachers, principal and administrator, and gave facilities to input, search and view users’ history. Embedded document and referenced document were used as data model. By using the school archival information system, Budi Mulia Dua International High School member can store and access profile and history of students, teachers and principal much easier.
