OTOMATISASI CRUISE LONGBOARD DENGAN SMARTPHONE; CRUISE LONGBOARD AUTOMATION WITH A SMARTPHONE

This research has built an automatization cruise longboard system by smartphone using connection from bluetooth. Cruise longboard automatization are done with controlling brushless DC rotational speed as the actuator. The motor rotational are resulted from an input in a value of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Input value are resulted from total calculation with PWM method. The method whereas the calculation between duty cycle percentage with maximum PWM value which is 255 byte. The amount of the value of motor rotational are controlled by specificaton of the utilized component. The result from the research is the value on PWM signal and the being produced duty cycle on each pulse time which become brushless DC motor developer signal. And then pulse time value are obtained in PWM signal as 42 byte to 64 byte with 16.5% to 25% duty cycle, on the interval 1500 microsecond until maximum pulse time value 2300 microsecond. And then a maximum motor rotation that has been pulled by exact test with theoretical calculation as 3578 rpm. Within the standard deviation result between motor rotational based on theory and motor rotational based on test is 228.73 rpm. From the test, wheels rotational obtains 1757 rpm and an ideal maximum cruise longboard velocity, safe to its user as 21 km/h unloaded.
