STMIK AMIKOM implement computerized attendance Presence system applications. Presence application installed on every classroom. The weakness of Presence system are monitoring attendance reporting faculty, students, and teaching journals required by the teaching section, can not be implemented from the Presence application . Similarly, the reporting of attendance monitoring lab assistant needed by Human Resources (HR) Forum Asisten. All such reporting can not be done because there is no technology that is used to integrate data from Presence database spread in each classroom. The next problem occurs in the process of distributing the lecturers, students, courses, lectures, and lab assistant data from the academic database to the presence database in each classroom are done manually. In this research, the web services application to integrate data presence attendance of lecturers, students, lab assistants, and teaching journals contained in the database that is spread across multiple classroom, and perform data distribution from the academic database to presence database. Stages of study started from the analysis phase of the system, system design, implementation ASP.NET web service, client desktop applications, and web service testing. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that a web service is able to integrate data presence attendance of lecturers, students, lab assistants, and teaching journal, and be able to distribute the data from the academic database to the presence databases.
