In this paper, a mathematical model that show interaction between one prey and two predators in toxic environment will be discussed. Interaction between prey and predator use functional respons Holling type II, and the growth both of them are logistic function. Locally stability of each equilibrium point is analysed. To facilitate interpretation between prey and two predators in toxic environment use numerical simulation that show by change effectivity of toxic and value of efficiency of converting consumed prey into first and second predator births.
