Nanoparticles CuFe2O4 have been synthesized by using coprecipitation method with precursors FeCl3.6H2O, CuCl2.6H2O, NaOH as the coprecipitant and HCl as solvent. The synthesis parameters i.e., synthesis temperature (30 ° C, 50 ° C, and 80 ° C), concentration of NaOH (1,5 M, 5 M, and 10 M) and stirring duration (90 minutes, 120 minutes, and 180 minutes) have been varied. The ferrite were characterized by x-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). XRD result showed that nanoparticles CuFe2O4 have crystal structure of inverse spinel. Furthermore, XRD result also showed that the grain size of nanoparticles increase as synthesis temperature increase (5,57 nm, 9,30 nm, and 10,68nm). The grain size decreases as the concentration of NaOH and stiring duration increase). VSM result showed that the highest saturation magnetization of nanoparticle CuFe2O4 is 12,63 emu/g.
