2015 | Disertasi | FMIPA UGMIn this thesis, we constructs a mathematical model for tumor therapy with Oncolytic virus. Infected tumor cell population will interact with uninfected tumor cell population. By existence of equilibrium point analysis, we obtains four equilibrium points of the system, one equilibrium point is unstable and three equilibrium points are stable. Numerical simulation based on the requirements for the existence and stability of the model is given to illustrate the results.
