In actuarial field, life table is often used as a reference in the decisionmaking. Problems arise when the reference needed for the decision-making should contains multiple informations from several life tables. A method for combining tables is required such that one could construct a life table that contains informations from several tables. There are three methods to combine life table: full data combined method, age interval method, and piecewise data combined method. The piecewise data combined method is discussed in particular in this thesis. The main problem that is given in this thesis is combining life tables that have different level of clasifications where Indonesian life table and Taspen’s life table are being used.
