2015 | Skripsi | FMIPA UGMIn this thesis, we discussed a game-theoretic treatment of distributed power control in CDMA wireless system. Addressed issue was not only the power control problem, but also the allocation of a single resource among several users (mobile station). Thus, users are trying to maximize their SIR or obtain optimal utility function. That competition occurred without cooperation between the users, hence called as a non-cooperative games. A cost function is introduced as the difference between the pricing and utility functions, and the existence of a unique nash equilibrium is established. In addition, presented a parallel update algorithm, which has generally proved to be stable in a specific condition. Furthermore, given a nash equilibrium solution simulation and its approach through parallel update algorithm.
