Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a solution forchallenge of industrial automation with beneficent features. It has been made a prototype of bottle filled system based on PI controller using PLC. This invention comes as the importance an industry to have another ways to fill the bottle to be able so meet a market demands. Bottle filled automation system is invented using artificial PLC of Omron with CP1H XA40DR-A series. The Bottles which will be filled alternately is placed at conveyer and filled sequentially. Before the water is filled into bottles, previously water have been calculate in tube for definite volume. This research uses a PI controlling method to set the outcome of volume system. As a feedback of PI, this system uses eTape sensor as height detector due to read water volume of system which be resulted. Outcomes of this invention is a prototype bottle filled automation system with measurable bottle before tips water into bottle. This causes more accurate and precise volume outcomes from a system. PI constanta is acquired by using Ziegler-Nichols curve reaction method base on each characteristics and those are Kp = 1,9 dan Ki =0,3. The accurate of bottle filled using PI controller is 98,18%.
