Almost all smart room concept has rules to regulate household utility independently by using autonomous technology, where users do not need to reset the flame electronic devices and the system will learn of the parameter user habits. Systems that are intended to provide users the ease in controlling electronic devices such as lights, fan-cooled, air-conditioning, TV, radio, etc. are able to provide an output to control the configuration of the next electronic device into the main objectives of this study. The approach taken to realize the wake designing smart room based integrated PLC with HMI touchscreen. The system uses multiple sensors such as temperature sensor LM35 temperature parameters, PIR sensor detects human keberadaann, limit switch sensors, LDR sensors, and sensors UGN 3503. Then PLC CPM2A-20CDR as an integrated controller with touchscreen HMI (Terminal Unit) through one communication to one NT link and HMI PC (Master Station) via the Host Link communications. The results of the testing system learn user's habits in controlling the lights and fans, obtained 64 variation patterns of custom user control that is accessible via the PLC response data in the form of data hexa "0000" - "00FC". Is converted into a binary value as a parameter adaptive systems. Furthermore, an adaptive output automatically diimplemntasikan to the next system. Adaptive system can work well when the user changes the output configuration of the previous configuration, while the adaptive system works when the auto mode adaptive system disorder and full working through the parameters and the temperature sensor LDR sensors to control the lights and fan
