Magnetic nanoparticles of copper ferrite (CuFe2O4) have been successfully synthesized from Iron (III) Chloride Hexahydrate (FeCl3.6H2O) and Copper (II) Chloride Dihydrate (CuCl2.2H2O) by co-precipitation method with varying the concentration of co-precipitant (NaOH) and synthesis temperature. The result of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis show that the size of CuFe2O4 nanoparticles decreased 13,1 nm, 9,3 nm and 8,8 nm with the increase of NaOH concentration; 1,5 M, 5 M and 10 M respectively. And the particle sizes was modified at 5,6 nm, 8,0 nm and 9,3 nm with the increase of the temperature; room temperature (27 oC), 50 oC and 80 oC respectively. The average of CuFe2O4 nanoparticles lattice constants calculated from XRD main peaks is 8,379 Å.
