Semicontinuous and Baire class one multifunctions are defined based on semicontinuous and Baire class one functions. In this thesis, we discuss about relationship between semicontinuous multifunctions and Baire class one multifunctions and also relationship between semicontinuous multifunctions and weak Baire class one multifunctions. We also discuss about multifunctions which admit Baire one selections.
